Addressing the Continuing Phenomenon of Enforced Disappearances

Enforced disappearances continue as a tool of repressive regimes to silence dissent, including during the ongoing war in Ukraine. The international legal regime prohibiting this behavior could be strengthened to hold states more accountable.
